When they walked through the house, not only did they find termite damage, they
found black mold! I knew that hiring a home inspector to check out the house
before closing on a deal was the right thing to do. If I hadn’t, I might have
gotten really sick living in that house and not knowing why. I am so thankful
that I read an article explaining the benefits of having a home inspection
before purchasing a home!
