Makeover

A lot of the homes for sale in DC are pretty old. They keep their original structure, the original piping, the original heating system etc. I wanted to look into some home remodeling in Washington DC but I wanted to see how much it would cost to really update all of the systems that needed it. I had a contractor come into my home and assess what exactly needed to be done for a remodel, addition and new HVAC system. They walked me through the pricing structure and it was the first time that I felt comfortable enough to put down some money and be sure how far my dollar is taking me. I’m really thankful that I didn’t just turn my remodel into a Do It Yourself project and called in the professionals.
