Ensuring Our New Home's Safety

When we started looking at houses, we didn't imagine that we would find the perfect one within a few days! We saw our future home and we just knew it would be the one. We immediately called for a home inspection, but we didn't realize that this wouldn't include a thorough look at the roof. They didn't find anything major, and let us know that they would be able to perform the necessary repairs to keep the roof safe at a very reasonable cost.
