In Florida, we are all privy to preparing our homes for hurricane season, but now that that “season” is becoming longer and more sporadic, regular maintenance is even more crucial. My neighbor failed to call a roof inspector in Naples FL, and suffered severe consequences this past hurricane season.
Without a roof inspection, my neighbor was unaware that her home’s roof was in need of repair. Unfortunately her roof unable to protect the home from rain and there was a major leak. As a result, their attic was destroyed.
