I recently had a lot of remodeling work done to my house. We renovated a couple rooms and got a new coat of paint on the outside of our home. It came out great and it was a long time coming.
While the renovation was happening, I thought that now would be a good time to have a security system installed. I'm not too worried about anyone breaking into our home but figured it's good to be extra safe. I did some research and asked some friends for recommendations. I finally reached out to a White Plains NY security systems expert and was able to find the right system for my home.
I'm glad I knocked both of those projects out at the same time. Now I am able to enjoy our beautiful newly renovated home with the confidence of knowing that my family is safe from any potential danger.

New Floor
For Christmas last year we treated ourselves to a new kitchen. We had been thinking of having it remodeled for a while and finally got around to having it done. We didn't know exactly what we wanted but knew that we needed more space and definitely more counter space.
For a couple weeks we met with a home designer and he walked us through some options and layouts until we finally decided on something we liked. We picked out a new counter, new appliances, and new cabinets.
What took us the longest to decide on though was picking the floor. We weren't really sure what we wanted but hated our old one. We went back and forth for about a month until we finally decided on a tile design that we liked. The remodeling lasted about a week which was tough to not have a kitchen for that long but it came out great. We love our new tile flooring in Virginia Beach VA.

Heating Issues
The winters in Michigan can be tough. As we approach the middle of November, it's about that time that we'll have the heat on high in our office. However, we recently came across an issue.
I am the point of contact in my company for the building owners so I deal with any heating or plumbing or pest issues. We came in on Monday last week and it seemed cooler than normal in the office so we turned up our heat. However, it hadn't gotten any better after lunch. When I put my hand up to the vents the air blowing out wasn't warm.
I reached out to the building owner and they told me they would come out and look at it. They were unable to fix it and our employees were starting to get a little annoyed. Thankfully, the building owner reached out to a Lansing MI commercial mechanical contractor. They were able to come out and diagnose the issue. They had it fixed the next day and everyone was very happy. Other than those couple days of bundling up in the office, the experience was pretty painless.

If you own a building or commercial property, you should always be concerned about the stability of your roof. Your roof protects your building from the elements such as storms or any natural disasters. Over time, you roof can take a beating from the weather and parts of your roof can weaken.

Clean My Gutters, Please
I worry about cleaning my homes' gutters since I happen to be incredibly clumsy. I tried once and realized it was a bad idea half way up the ladder and asked my neighbor to help. However, I don't want to annoy my neighbor every time I need to clean my gutters so I called my local gutters in Mechanicsville VA to come help me out. I will certainly be calling them again!

New Roof!
I own a grocery store and the roof was so old and really worried me. I called my local Commercial Roofing Laingsburg MI to come see what they could do. Love the work they did, I highly recommend them!
Stumped
I had a stump in my front yard that was so easy to trip over. It simply wasn't safe so I called my local Stump Removal Ann Arbor MI to come remove it ASAP. They were timely and efficient. I highly recommend them!
