Infrared Testing

If you own a building or commercial property, you should always be concerned about the stability of your roof. Your roof protects your building from the elements such as storms or any natural disasters. Over time, you roof can take a beating from the weather and parts of your roof can weaken.

In order to protect your roof from moisture damage, you should have someone provide infrared testing. Infrared testing is able to detect moisture trapped if you roof by scanning the temperature. Areas with moisture trapped cool down slower and therefore have a higher temperature at night.
