Snow Damage

As a lot of northern US is experiencing the first snow storm of the year, I want to share a story that a friend shared with me last year.

Last year an abnormal amount of snow fell in a lot of place across the US. Some place such as Washington D.C. got 3 feet of snow at once. Even for a place in the Midwest such as Wisconsin, that is a lot of snow to fall at one time.

So my friend lives in Wisconsin and last year the volume of snow really impacted him. When all of the snow melted, he noticed that his apartment siding in Racine WI looked rotted. He called his landlord and after having it inspected, they found out that it suffered a lot of moisture damage from the snow. They ended up having to have a large portion of the siding replaced.
