Manual labor can be quite straining both mentally and physically. I've been working on small projects around the home for years now, and have never suffered the type of pain that I did a few months ago. I was working on our roof and slipped - causing me to break my leg.
Luckily we were able to find a wonderful facility that specializes in Physical Therapy in Monrovia CA. The physicians were able to help me to heal my leg quickly and gave me the tools I'll need to prevent long-term pain.
