I wanted to take some time to share a story about my friend.
He is an avid runner but recently was experiencing some sharp pains. They stretched from his back down to one of his knees. A normal person would just take a break from running and try to rest up. However, my friend didn't do that and just thought it would eventually go away. After a week he finally stopped running but the pain was still there. We were finally able to talk him into going to a Glen Burnie MD chiropractor and he ended up having sciatic. Please people if you're in pain don't push it.
