I started my building a few years ago, and while looking for office space, I knew that whatever I ended up with would need some work. I finally found a property that I liked and one of the things that needed to be replaced immediately was the the floors and the roof. The floor was easy because the awful was installed over-top of beautiful tile flooring in Norfolk VA.
After purchasing the building, the first rainfall left us with a pool of water on the top floor! I found commercial roofing in Southern New Jersey. It was an investment, but the roof looks beautiful and as long as it is properly maintained it will last me for decades!
