I've been working on home remodeling for about 15 years now, and a lot has changed! To keep up with my large remodeling competitors, I've needed to constantly change my techniques along the way. One major change for me, has been utilizing Construction Management Software, which allows me to show my clients exactly how the project will be managed and executed.
In the age of visual aids and virtual reality, it is important to have the ability to really show people what they can expect from me in terms of a remodeling job. Times of vague explanations have ended, and with this new software tool, I've been able to more aggressive compete with high tech construction companies and retain business.
